ID this 10" pseuda sp

It isn't an L320 or L063. It is definitely a pseudacanthicus histrix, which does not have an L#.

if i am not wrong, pseuda histrix is L64. i check with my supplier from brazil...

I believe L064 is p. cf histrix. I didn't hear it being replaced by p. histrix yet.

dont think L64 has been given a scientific name yet.

Last I had seen it still is psuedacanthicus cf. histrix.

True, but the closest we have right now. It very well could end up being something different, and it could end up being just a unique p. histrix.

to me its as good as an L number... "it kinda looks like a hystrix" just a fancy way of putting it. lol

Pretty much, although L# can be used to identify different color morphs of the same fish.

true. then again L numbers are pointless if they have a scientific name. the system is a mess. lol as i type it just in the back of my mind thinking "think ive said this before" lol
