Here is where I found it. It says its a Jardini but exactly why I'm posting it here, I'm skeptical as to if it actually is one.

A jardini has seven rows of scales not five like the pictured above

Do all Asians have 5 rows of scales? And is there a way to tell Blacks from Silvers using this method?

Yes asians have 5 rows. Blacks and silvers have the same scale count but do have differing fin ray count. Dr Strangelove just had a recent post on this showing balck/silver scale and ray counts.

Lokks like a xback from the pix. Could be a RTG

it looks nothing like a Jardini , I would say it's a highback RTG or Malaysian Golden then again maybe it's a green it is hard to tell but it is definitely Asian looks to have pearlies which you get in higher quality arowana's
