ID this cichla

I was thinking ocell, but judging from your signature, you would know more about cichla than me..
Don't count yourself out, both mono and ocell look very similar when young. So your guess is as good as mine.
its a stressed out peacock bass when it calms down it will give normal coloring im inclined to say mono and agree with the masses
would he be less stressed if i got 1 or 2 more? or is he fine by himself? hes been only eating feeders i got massivore,carnivore, and blood worms but hes not interested anything i can do? or should i just wait til hes bigger to get him pellet trained, hes only about 3 inches.
