I'm going with IT.
Not the pattern of a NGT, although it sounds like it has the aggression of one.
Not tall enough for ST. Hard to tell because the bar cuts off but doesn't look like it was going to sway back at all as many ST's do.
Does appear to have that 3rd bar hump commonly found in IT's. Body shape also more consistant with an IT.
