If you have another tank you could move and carefully acclimatise the eggs to, you could try that.

She looks very underweight, looks like she might have internal bacteria as well. Does she have any white/stringy looking poop?
no to be honest havent seen her poo lol, but she does eat at least 2 pellets and some blood or brine shrimp i no shes under wieght but she wont eat alot, does any one no why she carnt use her tail to swim. shes been like this for nearly 2weeks i have medicated it for ick as she had it twice and 1 week of melafix. help please
The skinnyness is most likely caused by either internal bacteria or internal parasites, i would start off by treating her for internal bacteria first as that is a more common fish desease.

For internal bacteria, "anti internal bacteria" by interpet is a good med, for internal parasites meds for these tend to be quite uncommon in england, but anything that contains a large dose of metranidazole in its ingredients tends to be good for treating internal parasites. I would look on ebay for anti internal parasite meds as you'll probably have more luck there.
For either desease/parasite, you should treat the tank as a whole, but be aware that most anti parasite meds tend to be harmful/lethal to crustaceons, invertebrates and molluscs.
