ID this fish... Way too many pix

I have no idea what it is... Im pretty sure its a boy though. He has a nice water head on him also. He was sold in a batch with many others as Red Texas. He was the ONLY one of them to fade and turn out like this... I love his big white eyes... He is only less then a year old and BIG. I hope he gets just massive!

white eyes usually means infertile fish (at least in flowerhorns)

I doubt that it is 90 percent anything.You know it could be texas parrot cross.Just didnt get the pearl gene.I would say its face isnt shaped like a red devil at all.I mean i think that gold synspilum or midas parrot would be most likeley.I have a parrot texas with almost that exact shape but totaly different color.

Im mostly being told its a KKP X Midas X Texas and maybe a RM in there somewhere. Who knows though.

Blood Parrot? Have you ever seen a BP? You are the very first to say BP. I don't think it looks anything at all like a BP. It has a normal head and normal mouth.

the eyes do look parrot to me. the white/blue-ish eyes. is a dead give away for me on some sort of parrot linage.

Those are not Blood Parrots. That thread has KKP, Happy Breed and Mammon Parrots. No BP. The Pictures of the fish in that post looks like a Mammon or crappy colored Happy Breed.

I don't deny there is Parrot blood in my fish. I highly doubt a Blood Parrot was involved though. The person who bred my fish was attempting a SRT.

hey brother i ain't trying to piss you off. most SRT do have parrot linage. which very well can consist of BPs.
