Why not? It has a rounded dorsal fin.

In the pic it looks rounded but it has straight fins and it has dot on his anal fin

The egg spots don't define gender. I was talking about the tip of the fin being rounded.

You can see the tip of the dorsal is rounded in the female while it is pointed in the male.
