They dont have much information about these kind of fishes..

All I know is they are around the same area as paroon shark, but the temperature is like 10F difference... >.<;;

Think these are the carnivorous hillstream loaches. Probably live in fastish highly oxygenated cooler water.

I hope you meant 23 degrees celsius and not 23F like in your post...

mouth might be like a pleco now but don't feel there mouth when they get bigger keep the water around 74-76 F and you should be okay pretty rare fish thow nice find all members of that catfish family are cool
