I think it's called a Nousaratti cichlid. It's not a hybrid but a pure breed fish..

But how Im gonna be sure on a random fish off the internet? That's just the closest I can get.
 
Well, here's my shot at it - Astatheros rostratus, the Galaxy" cichlid from Costa Rica. Here's a pic of one.
