line bred hybrid is a conflict of terms....like military intelligence.

He is a nice looking fish and I'm usually don't mind hybrids as long they look nothing like anything that could be wild (like blood dragon or ruby red peacock) but I think this one looks to much like some thing that might exist in the wild. This fish should never be sold in a fish store incase someone mis ID's it. I know it hybrid occurred in the fish hobby but they usually ether get culled or in up in a all male tank.

If I had to take a complete guess I would say, Red shoulder X Rubescens peacock.
