firstly the tail oclet is a dead give away, and the headshape on a wc is different.
i don't see what you see with head shape. He looks more like another kind of kelberi to me. Here is a pic of Wes first batch Bahia about the same size. I don't see the same head shape.

wc kels usually have a large exaggerated oclet also, and not all bahias have tail oclets but the ones that do have small or imperfect oclets.
 
Wes first batch you can already see the "duck bill" forming (f1). Also see the "flag stripping" on the tail. I havent seen a wild bass with that on its tail

The first pictures you can see that the upper lip is now starting to protrude farther then the lower lip. (F6+).

From all the Kelberis I have kept, most has flush lips or the lower lip protrudes. Never the opposite of the lips.
