Bluegill is correct.
It looks nothing like a green sunfish. Wrong body shape, wrong fins, mouth too small.
I currently have a couple of very small juvenile green sunfish if you'd like a pic for comparison.
They can be hard to ID as fry, but the fish you posted is plenty big enough to positively ID.
