ID This Parrot Please

It's hard to say, he/she looks to be in rough condition and mature. Obviously an amazon, but what kind?..
My first and best guess is an orange winged amazon. With slightly more defined and vibrant color I think he'd surely be an orange wing. I initially thought of a blue front but they would have blue against the cere, not the pale yellow/white that one has. Still a possibility, depending what the bird looks like with some TLC.
Yellow shoulder amazon also came to mind but I still think it looks like an orange wing.
What's the story behind the bird? Looks like a sad situation

The bird belong to a very old man who is too sick to look after it.Sad to say that he is now in a old age home. His wife too is old & dont know how to take care of it.
Just wondering what breed of parrot it is? Came across it while paying her a visit.Hope the bird will be in good hands soon.
