I don't know how rare they are sorry. I do know that anytime any of the Rainbow fish with cited locations come up at auction, they go for a very good price.
If you belong to the Pittsburgh club or know any members, you may want to ask if anyone knows who was selling these fish. I've done this in the past when I've thrown the labeled bags away by mistake. Now I just write the species on the tank with a white paint pen or keep a species log book with the date purchased, price, species name and seller if known.
