I´d say Peruvian Wildcaught Motoro/Otorongo Hybrid!
I have one on my own from peru with those yellow spots but not so crazy big dots. I think those yellow spots between the Occelis come from Otorongos.
Those Spots are for sure normal Motoro Spots and not Marbled ones !
These are orange and marbled spots are mostly perfekt round , more reddish and have black rings arround.
