With the overbite I'm going Hartwegi. I would prefer a larger better photo for better ID, but its not a Fene, imo.

Hartwegi got the long look too. At this size you gotta wait a while for some more developement. It's either FEne or Hart or Guttu with the long body..

Im guessing fene because it looks like it got red at the head and long body narrow (unlike Syn)
