This sounds like the same crap I went through last time I tried to get fish. Bought a dozen green eyed lacs from Wes, then Fedex discarded it/lost it -nobody knows. Never did receive a package and this happened weeks ago. Fedex never did come up with an explanation.
I don't understand how this is even possible nor how they can just ignore responsibility. We pay, they ship our packages, then when lost they say we dunno what happened?!? Shidiots.
