Looks like a midevil to me, just like it’s rather tall.
Might be a hybrid outside of midevil but I don’t see anything that stands out as other than amph.

I doubt because of the red eyes. Cause red eye only is a trimac trait, I think it has some fh in itself.
In person it looks to have some spottings like the golden base fh.
Here in India we get a lot of these short body fh ( 1st ine) but they don't get the hump.

The only one I could find ,it's body got higher as it grew (like the one in your pic).

Ah, didn’t know that about the eyes. Then it must be a flowerhorn.

Could be one of the line bred Tilapines.
They come in red/orange/platinum / many types
Below a platinum version, it is about 20" long
