..puSkar.. I have read that midas and devils have multiple eye colors one being red. Heres a pic of my midas. Looks like mine has a red eye. Maybe not as dark as the op fish but looks red to me.

Could be one of the line bred Tilapines.
They come in red/orange/platinum / many types
Below a platinum version, it is about 20" long

Sorry to contradict but I'm a 100% sure that this is not a tilapia species. I've seen some and infact the tank it's in has a hybrid tilapia that looks like a creamsicle Midas.
I'm leaninig more towards GB Fh , maybe low quality as in person the tail area looks very similar to a gb fh.

It looks like one of the myriad of “red Texas” that gets sold which are usually some random FH hybrid.
