ID Vieja species Please

Got two 4" and 3" possibly a pair as both looks different. I guessing Vieja synspilum but not so sure as they are still young and not really familiar with viejas except vieja argentea. I got them both for $10 each.

The 4" could be male

looked at the pics again,the second pic has the solid stripe might be bifa(not 100% sure though)
 
I would have to disagree on them being paratheraps bifasciatus. Bifas have a heavy black spotting above the lateral line and the top one clearly doesn't have that. Color doesn't seem verry bifa either. I'd say syn/mela

What's a mela? lol! I'm a veija/paratherap noob.
 
Lol melanarus. I think Nutty (or someone else sorry if I'm wrong) said that they're classified as the same now. Its all very confusing haha. But its definitely not a bifa
