I believe those are Otocinclus. Basically Algae eaters, don't get much bigger than an inch or two.

they are dace, there are no oto's in northern U.S. waters
 
yeah those are definetly blacknose dace. i finally identified them last week. caught a bunch a while ago and had no idea what they were. not very interesting fish.
 
looks like sort of a orange dwarf pike sort of.......
