Looky what i got. So i broke down and bought both of them. One is a regular 3 band and the other is a double bar. Got them both for 40 each.

one of them has a missing or malformed anal fin, anyone know if its genetic or if it will regrow?

They can get use to the tank after a couple days, sometimes much much longer. Especially when talking about small NTT, it could take years. Mine didn't start comming out regularly until the 6-7" mark.
