Actually it is Chitala lopis.
Many chitala lopis have strip like RCK in small size, almost of them disappear when it bigger. Only a few that still show strip or spot like this pic.

Even the head shape doesn't look like a c. lopis. All featherbacks have stripes when they are small and lose them as they grow.
