Parachromis managuense- yes

this fish is a Male

and they are central american, not south amercian.

found mostly in niceragua and costa rica, also feral in florida.

I didn't know they were feral in florida (although i imagine they would be as people can't seem to understand that they shouldn't release stuff down here). Where about in florida do they spring up?

alot of them pop up, don't know the exact location in the state, but there's a few fisherman here who may know where some good ones are. i think one of the MFK group meet fishing trips caught a decent number of them.

Thanks for the info, this is about 13" now, in a 75g all alone. thinking bout putting him in my 180 but what tank mates should I put with him?

Your pike should be fine with him, the royal pleco would do fine as well. As for the africans and smaller fish . . . eh, jag food? TBH, I'd pump that jag up first though, heal his HITH, etc, and then move him. Pretty sure in a 180 you can easily get away with any medium to large central/south american cichlid excluding the obvious large predatorial cichlids of similar size and shape. If that severum puts on some size, say at least 6" in length, then he should be alright as well. However, the temperment of your jag is a big factor as far as tankmates goes. He shouldn't be as aggressive in a 180 compared to how he is in his current tank.
