do you mean pseudodoras niger? I do think it looks like it, just it looks blacker and seems to have less pronounced spikes on the side.
maybe its just the picture tho.

its a ripsaw (Oxydoras niger). like with all fish from large rivers/lakes, you will have variants in color. this one does look darker than mine but that could be due to diet, lighting, environment and aggression of other fish in the aquarium. Blades look normal to me.
