I would say ORB, the head structure seems to low to be a washed out hystrix
 
In my opinion is ORB :) Looks similar that I had :)
 
I vote for orb as well.
 
Thanks all. I have Hystrix so I knew 'twasn't that but being stuck @ work makes it hard to find good pics to ID against and I had a bit of a brain freeze trying to think of the nondescript rays that matched.
