Got this guy from my store an he looked odd ball out of the group he has the orino eyes and shape from what I've seen and has been slow on growth is he orino or something else? Sorry for bad pics it is off an iPod and lighting broke so it's only room lighting and his stripe ends halfway thru tail and starts on last bar

Yea but I have 3 ocellaris in there bought same time fed same stuff and they r outgrowth him if I'm correct(most likely not) but dint orinos grow slower?

Not a Orino. Orinos are alright growers not to fast and not slow to grow. But all poor kept fish grows slower then others. You just might of have a late bloomer.
