I'm no expert but I would say it is a four line pimelodus. It is definately a type of pictus cat though, will stay small under a foot, usually peaceful and often likes the company of other pictus.

I am rather sure it is Pimelodus blochii: http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=653

If you wanna check out other look-alikes: http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/genus.php?genus_id=101

I have too fish identical to that and I always thought they were four line pims

I am not 100% sure but I think 4-line pim should be the name for Pimelodus tetramerus: http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=834

... but it appears several smallish-to-medium Pimelodus are called that name by sellers/transhippers/exporters. Moreover, shipments of any of those are rarely pure and most usually are mixed. Blochii+tetramerus is one very common mix. One has to keep in mind that probably half/significant portion of that genus is still undescribed.
