Agree looks like a tilapia, maybe tilapia syndare (spelling may be off)
Not the easiest group to identify.
 
Agree looks like a generic Tilapia, you ca see the Tilapia spot showing in the anterior section of the dorsal. If it was caufgr in Florida, probably niloticus, or noloticus hybrid, you ca find them in almost any standing body of water there.

Most of the Lake Bermin Tilapines, like snyderi, or bythobates are very small, only reaching 5-7" and have a lot of orange color

But its very hard to determine many of the 100 or more species of Tilapines, because they look so similar
