Technically Cryptoheros spilurus cutteri since cutteri is not officially it's own species yet and may or may not be split off into it's own species, but yes, looks like a "cutteri".

it looks part cutteri and part sajica to me. the cutteri part is the white and the blue shean toward the tail. the yellow in the fins screams sajica to me. also on cutteri their stripes are more pronounced.
