It is not. It looks like an A. cutteri.

Technically Cryptoheros spilurus cutteri since cutteri is not officially it's own species yet and may or may not be split off into it's own species, but yes, looks like a "cutteri".

i think it's what is called a 'jade eyed cichlid'. i think it's probably what the above scientific name for it is...

Jade Eye cichlid = C. spilurus.

it looks part cutteri and part sajica to me. the cutteri part is the white and the blue shean toward the tail. the yellow in the fins screams sajica to me. also on cutteri their stripes are more pronounced.
