I think if you put a big tall chunk of live rock in the center and put some corals on it you could make an amazing reef. Put some big tangs in there too.
4 foot deep tank is gonna be expensive to get light down to the bottom for a reef tank and also I don't see an overflow in the tank so now you have to to a siphon overflow or drill one for a sump..
I would just keep some cool fish in there and be done..

If you got a SMOKIN deal on it I'd re-sell it and use the $5000 that you could probably get for it and buy something more manageable.

If you make it a reef, you'll be packing equipment into every corner of that stand. Full stand, empty wallet.
You'll need something like two 400W DE Metal halades over that beast to grow lowlight corals on the sand.
Honestly, if done with wityh integrity anything you put in that tank will make it a fantastic showpiece.

ur tank is nice. by the way. but since ur doing saltwater . i think a fowlr tank would be more suitable for u. a couple predatory fish such as groupers,snappers,lionfish,eels,triggers. something like tht would be great for your tank. if u went reef thts gunna be a very hard to manage tank.

Nice looking tank. Maby a large schole of anthias and fire fish, some tangs and angel's in there as well. That size tank you going to stuggle to get lighting suitable for corals at a good price, that and supplements and feed for them is going to hit your wallet hard. Great to see some more photos when its filled!
