jk.... go with an established pair of blue lobsters and let em' mate, sell offspring for $15 each, that would be a decent starting point and then from there you can climb the ladder rungs to fish importer

Thats a very good idea. A very, very good idea.

A breeding pair of discus would work. However you will need 4-6 growout tanks ranging in size of 20 to 75 gallons.

Probably be better to just get a job though:grinno:

True that, But He could be like me, Child labor laws, he isn't able to work until he's a certain age. I wish i had a job in a LFS

iam to young to get a job. And arent lobsters big for a 29gal. unless u mean crayfish.

go with kribs. they look nice, are interesting, in demand and i'm sure a few lfs's around will want some as around here they always go for around $6 a pop and they go fast. of course you'll be lucky to get $1-2 per fish selling them to lfs's but its better then nothing.

go with convicts and firemouths, try snails as well but you cant get both convicts and firemouths only get one pair.

Just make sure before you breed any fish that you actually have some sort of history or idea how to raise fish themselves first. I don't mean from fry - I mean keeping them alive in general.

No matter what you breed, to actually make any return on your investment, you will have to have several tanks to raise fish in.

Convicts and kribs will fetch a bit, but take awhile, especially with two small tanks, or ever really be considered good "money".

Again, do research - read on your own, learn what these fish are, what they're breeding habits are like - what lfs's will pay for them.

Heck. Go to your LFS and see what they need and don't get often, then figure how much they'll pay for it each. Then try for that.
