Identification - What cichlid is this?

to be honest Balzani was my first inclination, but the mouth is a bit off and the red trim on the drosal isnt very common in balzani's and is a very common acara trait. i'm suprised that no one sees acara in this fish. but it could be a very odd little balzani. that is also a very likely option

I was thinking along the lines of Balzanii too, but the barring looks wrong. Whatever it is it looks extremely stressed!
