Many fish (these seem no different) are hard to identify when so young. It's common that diet, age, sexual maturation, etc will lead to changes in appearance. Young fish are often trying to hide from predators, blend in with specific vegetation or shoal with other species, and aren't trying to attract mates, so similar looking juveniles might look quite different from each other at maturation.
I'd get a good picture of each of the three you bought (as they might not all be the same), and post the pics if you want people to take a look.
