I do see worm-like lines around the mouth and eyes...

You do realize that Carpintis do not always have worm pearls right?

Your's are def Carpintis, my be the Escondido (Im not sure if I spelled it right) as it has worm pearls along the end of the jaw.

Yup, but I've never seen a cyanoguttatus with worm-like markings... thats why I say carpintis... now...
