I don't know much about these guys, but based on pictures from the internet, that looks like a Midas. Someone else can answer more definitely.
With the amphilophus cichlids, unless you know the details of their parents, the best you can say for certain is a midevil.
Any midas or red devil bought from a store is probably a midevil. There are true fish out there from rapps and others. I wouldn't worry about it unless you plan to breed.

Probably fine until 5 or 6 inches then it's anybodys guess with either Midas, red devil or midevil.
Without provenance back to the wild, it should be considered mixed aka midevil.
There’s not going to be a significant difference between the two. The answer to that is really going to depend on what defines a community tank, and how big the tank is.
