I used to have one of these guys except mine had red candy cane striping on his arms. One of the coolest aquatic creatures I have ever owned. He thrived for a long time with some cichlids but eventually developed a weird scab spot on his back. Bad molt? I don't know. It seemed to have a crippling affect on him over time and he was unable to hold his own and became dinner. Over all I described him as having the personality of a grumpy old man!
