ok I'm basically a turtle expert and this definitely looks like a type of mud or muskturtle which have very strong bites, hate people and are very lazy

no, no, and no. It is definately not a mud or musk, mud and musks do not hate people anymore than any other species of turtle, and many people like them due to their personalities. Do not call yourself a turtle expert if you are clearly not.
I beg to differ as I have much field and home experience in the matter of mud or musks hating people although this may not be a mud or musk.
Of course they will look threatening if harassed, they are trying to protect themselves as any other turtle would. They do not hate humans when left in their cage, and will often grow accustomed to "begging for food" when the owner walks past. Even though this is not a musk, I would like to testify that mud and musk turtles are very personable, and a very rewarding animal to keep.
