Identify these 2 fish?

99% sure the 2nd one is a flame tetra. Could you get some more pics?

And I looked at lepto loaches and couldn’t find any similar to mine

Ok ya I’ll take that. Now if we can figure this loach out lol. I still have yet to see one just like him. I doubt he could be that rare he was under 10 dollars for sure lol

I want to get rid of it is what I want to do lol. I hate that fish lol. I’ll prob give it to my lfs along with a couple other to make room for new ones. But that won’t be for awhile got college to deal with
