Identify this bug?

Very interesting.I have never seen anything like them before.They do not look or sound like they are aquatic yet something seems to attract them to your tank.

That's what I'm thinking also. I have seen some cockroach around the hob filter but I've did some research and the cockroach babies are not green. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also they're in every tank I have also

Not plants at all. All bare bottom tanks

Potato Aphid

Honeylocust plant bug - nymph and sub-adult
IMO, they look like the nymph on the left, don't you agree?
