it is a juruence i bought 4 of them before that looked like that labelled as jumper cats

Likely because 'Juruense' catfish require a banned fish export license, which costs additional.. If the exporter just changes the name of the fish on the invoices, they can get away with not paying that fee. When this type of stuff happens, the common names that were mis-assigned to the fish usually stick at the wholesalers, and all the way down to the LFS..
