Idoor pond grand opening for my stingrays!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I am not aware of any live offspring of tigers or flowers being born in a hobbyist's aquarium or pond.

However, our friend DW has had a few stillborn tiger pups in his ponds.

I really expect to see a post from him this Spring/Summer with a picture of perfect little tiger pups.

Give it a try. All it takes is some rays, time, food and water.

Not to stray too far off topic, but I wouldn't be so sure. Every successful captive breeding thus far has a few basic things in common - HUGE tanks with low stocking densities, ideal water quality, and obviously well fed mature rays. I don't doubt the latter 2, but this tank is a lot smaller and densely stocked than the aforementioned institutional setups. I'm certainly keeping my fingers crossed for him, but he's entering uncharted territory.

Of course I mirror what's already been said. Killer setup. Only thing I might have done differently is make it bigger! :grinyes:

Awesome pond ... modern furniture look ...
