a dwarf caimen would be fine in there from a hatchling to about a year or so. then just turn it on its side for a bigger foot print and presto its good for a while
check out diamond caimans they are bred to be small and for pets.
i am looking at getting a "dwarf" gator idk how lagit this guy is but he claims he has selectivly bred them to stay under 5ft idk yet tho. but i am ok taking that chance bc if it gets too big my dad has a few ponds on his property that have one or 2 gators so i could just add to them.

i said mustard greens every 2-3 days and catfood once a month, aswell as a f/t mouse every 2-3 months. i was also trying to think off the top of my head before i went to practice. seriously, go to http://bluetongueskinks.net/ and do some research.
