if silvers had no drop eye and blacks were cheap, i would take the silver. blacks look nice when they're smaller, up to around 15". When aros get bigger and their tail finnage isn't as pronounced, silvers win hands down

that is what i meant. large aros have small tail finnage, so the blacks don't look as nice. smaller blacks have big, beautiful fins, but larger ones are so so looking

Well I don't care about the high price or a drop eye. As long as it got a nice perfect barbels then I'll take any aros. If you like aros, silver and black are both beautiful. Especially when fully grown as the silver have the pinkish red fin and the black aro have the blue fins. It like a chinese painting when they swim along side each other. The true yin yang dragons.

I got pretty much every aros species and some other color variants as well. The only aro I don't have is the LEICHARDTI. I'm having a hard time looking for a lei with a nice barbels. Anyone know who got one that can ship to Vancouver Canada?
