i dont think he will be good..because if they caught that wild they can re sell that and make some money of from him instead of food.

ST cost as much as over here in Asian...so for sure it's pet

No way that's the salt and pepper shakers.. LOL

I think you're right though! :)

That is my favorite dat pic of all time. He is such a beast. Plus he has ultra clean stripes and a ful belt and necklace to boot. I'd love to bring him home so he could have a little more swimming room.

Maybe they think it's a goldfish.

I'm pretty sure he's the showpiece, since he's kept in an aquarium. Otherwise, he would be kept in a plant pot, or tub ;) BTW, datnoid is only active during feeding time, or if he's chasing a tank mate. Otherwise, datnoid doesn't swim much.

I don't think they killed it. I see sign of it being a pet. On the floor to left of the tank are small containers, which appear to be fish food. At least i hope it is. it would be ashamed if they did!!! very nice fish!!!

Would it more than likely come in 5g buckets! :screwy:

It would be interesting tho.

old pic been around many years
