I would split the tank into a few sections and do a few different bio types with them being split with huge clear dividers.

Id have to have it set up paludarium style, with access from the top, maybe even make it tall enough to have a path to walk around (since its room size anyhow). Then maybe a sampling of breeding pairs from every member of the parachromis bunch....maybe not, but I'd try it out at least
