This is hard but I would have a Channel cat Because they get big and you can feed them live food and all sorts of fish food.

It must be an asian aro for me, not because it's expensive and illegal to own one. Its adult size is just right for home aquarium. And its look is just magnificent; even my kids would prefer to have just one over any other fish that I have had combined.
