id put a black crappie, a warmouth perch or two, a senegal bichir, an armoured bicher, and two silver shark catfish.
plus a sailfin pleco and some snails, otherwise id put about 30 greenspotted puffers.

I had a large male, ahem, then gruff sold me his female, I couldn't even get them to co-operate. Festae are beautiful but I had the worst luck with tankmates, he would even charge the center divider to kill everyone on the other side... mean mean fish, very beautiful though.
