Only native fauna we saw were Douglas' squirrel. Lots of deer and elk tracks though.

I'm out and about in the woods all the time, and I've yet to see a bear or cougar. Best I've seen is a bobcat.

Didn't even try. Water's been too low for salmon and you can't keep them in the upper Quinault anyway...

Can keep hatchery steelhead but they don't run until Dec and Jan.

If I'd had an Indian Guide I would have liked to fish the lower Quinault for some chrome...
